They're from Peru. They're ceramic. They're handpainted. It's where Ben and Jerry get their ice cream. Drilled top to bottom. 1 inch wide, .5 inches high and .25 inches thick. PCB = Peruvian Ceramic Beads. Some of the PCB holes will take a 2mm cord, some just close to a 2mm cord.
